Diconium is an IT company dealing with digitalization processes and handling "Big Data".

Silly has been requested to create a recruitment campaign targeting qualified IT specialists. The task was to promote five different job profiles in the big data sector in a charming, unconventional way and represent Diconium as a brand that is daring to travel on new paths and as a likeable employer.

The campaign is aimed to draw full attention to the people and their skills, while avoiding tech clichés. Therefore we translated the job profiles into five metaphoric „Data Suits“. These semi-human tech-creatures are being accompanied by the claim „Get inside big data“ that can also be read as the call to action of the campaign.
